Cybercriminals are fully aware that users are clamoring for more information on Osama bin Laden's death and they definitely did not pass up the opportunity. Not too long after the news was made official, we found samples of email messages with a link that purportedly leads to a video of bin Laden himself. The video aims to dispute Obama's claims and to prove that the notorious leader is still alive. However, this is just another ruse that leverages this global event. While the link was found to be malicious, users are still advised to immediately delete such messages.
